Jackson Archer will make history as Shinboner 1044 this weekend, with the first-year player already confirmed to be making his senior debut against the Crows in Hobart.
He'll become the Kangaroos' fourth AFL debutant this season, following in the footsteps of Jason Horne-Francis, Paul Curtis and Miller Bergman, and will run out alongside fellow father-son recruits Luke McDonald and Bailey Scott.
The Archer name is well-entrenched within the four walls of North Melbourne, with Jackson's father Glenn finishing his career as one of the club's all-time great players.
'Jacko' will now be given the opportunity to not only continue the legacy of the Archer name at North Melbourne, but begin to build a legacy of his own.
