The North Melbourne Football Club is saddened by the passing of Ken Fyffe, and would like to pass on its deepest sympathies to Ken's friends and family.
Shinboner number 495, Fyffe represented North Melbourne 37 times between 1958-1961.
Playing primarily in the back line, Fyffe was named as the Kangaroos' Best First Year Player in the 1958 season in which the Kangaroos finished fourth.
He played a key role in the famous four-point win over Fitzroy in the 1958 finals series before losing to Collingwood in the preliminary final.
Fyffe would later play as a rover for the side and kicked three career goals in royal blue and white.
The players will wear black armbands against Adelaide this weekend in Ken's honour.
