Tahlia Randall's reputation as a high-flying, strong marking goal threat has taken another leap forward. The 50-game Kangaroo has been named amongst the finalists for the 2022 AFLW Mark of the Year.
Randall, who kicked nine goals in her first season playing in the front half of the ground, has been nominated for her flying hanger against GWS in round three.
A long entry kick inside 50 saw the ball sit perfectly for the key forward. She judged the flight of the ball better than the pack in front of her, and rose above all around her as she lost her defender and clunked the monster grab.
Fremantle's Ebony Antonio and Melbourne's Tayla Harris are the other nominees, with the winner being announced at next Tuesday's W Awards following an online fan vote.
