The club’s very own Chairman James Brayshaw, CEO Eugene Arocca and senior coach Brad Scott have also thrown some brutal punches tipping in a combined $30,000.
The trio recently purchased the highest Premiership Pledges; Royal Blue, which are limited to just 20 packages at $10,000 each and Arocca said it was a given that he and other North Melbourne officials would contribute out of their own pockets.
“When we launched the Box On campaign it was only natural that we as a club stood up to assist in eradicating debt along with our dedicated supporters,” Arocca told kangaroos.com.au.
“It is fantastic to have our Chairman and senior coach contribute a considerable amount of money to the campaign. I also know that staff have made Premiership Pledges and donations of various sizes and values as well.”
The Royal Blue Pledges have been received with overwhelming positivity. 18 have already been purchased with just two remaining.
With the high end packages almost all sold out, Arocca is urging supporters who are able and haven’t already done so, to make a Gold Pledge.
“North Melbourne people are extremely generous and passionate about their club and it would be fantastic to have as many people as possible come together to knock down our debt completely.
“The Gold packages include some once in a lifetime benefits from dinner with your favourite player to a lap of Etihad Stadium and guard of honour.
“On top of all that, is the chance to have your name on a game-day jumper but time is running out.”
