Who is eligible for this offer?
To be an eligible customer, you must:
- be 18 years of age; and
- purchase an AIA Health policy directly (either online or by Phone on 1800 242 235) from AIA Health from 14 September, 2020; and
- use the ‘ROOS21’ promo code; and
- not be currently insured under, or have not been insured under, an AIA Health Insurance or myOwn health insurance policy in the two months prior to your policy effective date.
How do I join AIA Health?
To join AIA Health, you can:
- Get a quote and join online
- Call us on 1800 242 235 between 8am-6pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
- Request a call back
What do I receive as part of this offer?
In addition to your AIA Health policy and access to the AIA Vitality program, you’ll receive up to $400 in credit to put towards your 2021 North Melbourne Football Club Membership.
What do I need to do to redeem this offer?
To redeem this offer all you need to do is join AIA Health as an eligible customer, sign up to a North Melbourne Football Club membership - and after three (3) months of continuous cover with AIA Health, you will be eligible to receive your membership credit applied to your 2021 NMFC membership.
How much North Melbourne membership credit will I receive?
Your credit will be based on your AIA Health policy at the end of your three month qualifying period. The credit amounts can be viewed higher on this page expanding the line titled “Cover and membership credit options” to reveal a table with the values of membership credit applied to policies. You can also view the table in the terms and conditions.
How can I spend my membership credit?
You can use your North Melbourne Football Club membership credit towards:
- a discount off a new 2021 NMFC membership; or
- an upgrade off an existing 2021 NMFC membership; or
- a credit to an existing membership on a payment plan; or
- a refund off an existing 2021 NMFC membership. Refunds will only be provided where the membership has been pre-paid
Do I need to wait for my membership credit to purchase my North Melbourne Football Club Membership?
No - you don’t need to wait for your membership credit to purchase your 2021 North Melbourne Football Club membership. You can sign up for your membership straight away, and once you have served the three month qualifying period, your credit will be applied to your NMFC membership account.
If you have paid for your membership in full, your credit can be used to upgrade your membership, put towards another membership for someone in your household or provided to you as a refund – it’s up to you!
How do I receive my membership credit?
North Melbourne Football Club will process your credit directly to your membership account after you have held your AIA Health policy for three consecutive months.
If you have paid for your 2021 membership in full, your credit can be used to upgrade your membership, put towards another membership for someone in your household or provided to you as a refund.
Can I gift the membership credit to someone else?
Your credit can be used towards your own North Melbourne Football Club membership, or towards the membership of someone in your household only.
What if I have already purchased my 2021 North Melbourne Football Club Membership?
If you have paid for your membership in full, your credit can be used to upgrade your membership, put towards another membership for someone in your household or provided to you as a refund – it’s up to you!
Does the membership credit expire?
Membership credit must be used towards a 2021 North Melbourne Football Club membership and cannot be rolled over into future seasons. Any unused credit will be forfeited.
I am not a current North Melbourne Football Club Member. Can I still access this offer?
Yes, you can. This offer is available to both current and new members of North Melbourne Football Club. If you’re unsure about what membership options are available for you, please call 1300 KANGAS.
Can I spend the credit at another AFL club?
The credit can only be used at North Melbourne Football Club.
What if I cancel my North Melbourne Football Club membership?
Once the credit has been spent on your 2021 North Melbourne Football Club membership, it cannot be refunded.
What will appear on my North Melbourne Football Club membership account?
You will see a credit on your North Melbourne Football Club membership account for the eligible amount under this offer.
What happens if I downgrade my AIA Health policy?
You will be able to change your AIA Health policy at any time. However, reducing your cover during the three month qualifying period may reduce the credit you are eligible for.
What if I cancel or suspend my AIA Health policy?
If you cancel or suspend your AIA Health policy within the three month qualifying period, you will lose your eligibility for the offer and the credit will not be applied to your North Melbourne Football Club membership account.
