He’s been nominated time and time again for the Lifebroker Mark of the Year and never won the title, so Drew Petrie decided to spice things up a little - by using one hand.
Midway through the third quarter of Sunday’s match and with scores level, the number 20 led as Jack Ziebell eyed his options downfield. Never one to be afraid to launch into the air, Petrie flew with confidence over Brendan Goddard but had his right arm knocked out of the contest. Such is his strength, he was able to knock the ball down with his left hand and mark on his chest.
