Tucked deep in the forward pocket with eight minutes remaining and his team in front by a point, Boomer trusted his pace, broke a tackle and snapped a wonderful goal on the outside of his boot under immense pressure.
It’s something the number 29 has done so many times throughout his illustrious career; stood up when the team needed him most, and although North Melbourne eventually fell short, it certainly wasn’t due to Harvey’s efforts.
